Return Policy and One Year Warranty

We will replace any defective product that fails during the course of normal use. This policy extends for one year of the life of the furniture product in which our Faull & Son product is installed. We will ship you a new product at no charge when we receive the returned item that you are not satisfied with. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, send it back to us and we will reimburse the cost of the item. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.

We charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping for exchanges of incorrectly ordered products.

Shipping Policy

Faull & Son offers a number of shipping options, including ground shipping, our most basic option, to any address in the continental United States. We also offer 2Day and Standard Overnight shipping.

For orders from outside of the continental U.S. please call or email to arrange for shipping. We apologize for this inconvenience, but consider these our special processing orders, and we want to be sure we do it right.

Also, please call or email us for orders greater than 150 lbs.,We offer quantity discounts for larger orders, plus we can choose from one of our freight shippers to lower shipping costs.

We make every effort to process most orders within 1-2 business days.
